Shipping

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and want Tidemark bags, email support@tidemarkbags.com — enough interest and we'll figure it out.

Cost

• 1–2 bags: standard shipping calculated at checkout
• 3 or more bags: free shipping, always

Processing & delivery

Pre-orders ship within 2–3 weeks of your order. In-stock orders are handed to UPS within 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on where you are.

If a micron is showing limited stock or availability changes after you order, we'll email you right away with the honest timeline and the option to swap or refund.

Tracking

Every order gets a shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking the day it ships. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, email us and we'll chase it down.

Address issues

Double-check your shipping address at checkout — we ship to exactly what you enter. If you catch a mistake, email us as soon as possible; we can fix it if the order hasn't shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped at cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If UPS marks your order delivered and it's nowhere to be found, or it shows up damaged, email us within 7 days. We'll file the carrier claim and get a replacement or refund moving — you won't be stuck in the middle.

Returns & The Route Guarantee

We're a pool company. We know what it feels like to buy gear that doesn't hold up, so we back ours two ways.

30-Day Returns

Not happy with your order for any reason? You have 30 days from delivery to return it.

To be eligible, bags must be unused and in their original condition. To start a return, email support@tidemarkbags.com with your order number. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, in which case we cover it.

The Route Guarantee

This one's simple. If your Tidemark bag doesn't outlast the bag you were running before it, email us and we'll refund it.

How it works:

• The guarantee covers the original purchaser with proof of purchase (your order number is enough).
• It applies to normal professional or residential pool vacuum use. It doesn't cover damage from misuse, alteration, or use outside pool service.
• Tell us roughly how long the bag lasted and what failed. Photos help us build better bags, but they're not required for the refund.
• One guarantee claim per bag.

We'd rather refund a bag than have you running gear you don't trust.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund — your choice.

This policy describes how Tidemark, a product line of Clear Pools Co. LLC ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares your information when you visit or buy from tidemarkbags.com (the "Site").

What we collect

Order information. When you buy from us we collect your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details. Payment card data is processed by Shopify Payments and its processors — we never see or store your full card number.

Device information. Like most sites, we automatically collect information about your device when you browse: IP address, browser type, time zone, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This comes through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Communications. If you email us or sign up for updates, we keep that correspondence and your email address.

How we use it

• To fulfill orders: process payment, ship bags, send order and shipping confirmations
• To communicate with you about your order or respond to support requests
• To screen orders for fraud and risk
• To improve the Site and, where you've opted in, send you product updates or marketing (unsubscribe anytime)

Who we share it with

We share information with service providers who help us operate: Shopify, which powers our store and processes orders; shipping carriers (UPS) to deliver your order; and payment processors to complete transactions. We may also disclose information to comply with applicable laws, respond to lawful requests, or protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

The Site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember preferences, and understand site traffic. You can control cookies in your browser settings, though disabling them may break checkout.

Your rights & data retention

We keep order records for our accounting and legal obligations. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email support@tidemarkbags.com and we'll respond within 30 days, honoring deletion requests except where retention is legally required.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

Terms

These terms govern your use of tidemarkbags.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. "We," "us," and "Tidemark" refer to Clear Pools Co. LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, doing business as Tidemark.

Orders

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you receive a full refund.

Displayed stock levels are updated in good faith but aren't guaranteed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you promptly with the option to wait, swap, or refund.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Price changes don't affect orders already placed. Volume pricing tiers are applied at checkout based on total bag quantity in the order. If a pricing error appears on the Site, we may cancel affected orders and refund in full.

Product information

We work to describe our products accurately, but product design, materials, and specifications may be refined over time as we improve the bags. Images and videos on the Site are representative; minor variations from the delivered product may occur. Core functional claims — micron ratings, fit compatibility, double-layer construction — are maintained across revisions.

Returns and guarantee

Returns and the Route Guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy above, which is part of these terms.

Acceptable use & intellectual property

You agree not to use the Site for anything unlawful, to attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, or to scrape, copy, or republish Site content (including product photography and copy) without written permission. The Tidemark name, logo, product photography, copy, and Site design are the property of Clear Pools Co. LLC.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are provided for their intended use in pool maintenance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties beyond those stated in our Refund Policy, and our total liability for any claim related to a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee.
